My recent stay at the spa hotel was quite a mixed bag. The spa treatments were top-notch and made for a wonderful relaxation experience, and I absolutely enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. However, the hotel's facilities seemed outdated and in need of some serious maintenance. Additionally, the service was not up to par, especially considering the various hiccups during my visit that left me feeling disappointed.
